DIY Ombre hair

     The french-termed hair trend is called Ombre. The ombre hair refers to a hair style with dark roots fading to light colors at the end.It has been a trend to most of Hollywood actresses like Chanel ImanJennifer Hudson, Naomi Campbell, Raven-Symone.  I tried to do an ombre hair style to myself and here's a tutorial for you guys. Here is a normal ombre;

      So I tried a bolder ombre for me I want some shades of red to my hair. First move is to make sure you have strong hair, by strong hair what I mean is that your hair should not be damaged or just gone to hair coloring and some hair stuffs. And if you are not sure doing this to yourself better visit the salon near you. Having ombre at salon may cost you around 3000.00 pesos and above. By doing it to yourself may cost around 500.00 to 1000.00 pesos only. Big savings huh? Here are the list of the things you need:

- Hair Bleach Powder
-Oxidizing Lotion
- Permanent Hair Color
- Hot Oil treatment cream
- Comb
- Small Stainless Container
- Shower Cap
- Hair clip

    I bought this bleach powder for 90.00 pesos, oxidizing lotion for 30.00 pesos, hair color for 218.00 pesos another oxidizing lotion for 30.00, and a hot oil cream for 350.00 pesos. You should buy a 12% oxidizing lotion for the bleach powder and a 9% oxidizing lotion for the hair color. I only payed for 718.00 pesos!

       If your hair is oily wash it first with shampoo and dry thoroughly. First comb your hair to the sides or your face (must wear a shirt you care less) manage to measure how high you want your hair to get an ombre. If you have decided it place hair clips on the highest part of the hair you want. Then mix the hair bleach powder and the 12% oxidizing lotion on the small stainless container (it smells awful). The consistency of it must be like a conditioner. Apply to your hair carefully and apply it evenly. Let it stay for 10-15 minutes or until desired color is achieved.

       Wash hair with shampoo and dry it before applying the hair color. Mix the hair color and the 9% oxidizing lotion then apply it to the bleached hair. Wait for another 30-45 minutes then rinse with water. Wash with shampoo and apply conditioner. After rinsing the hair apply hot oil treatment for another 45 minutes and rinse with water and apply conditioner. Dry it thoroughly to see the result because hair colors show when it dries.

    Make sure when you choose a hair color it fits your skin color too and make sure that it also fits your profession. That's all! Hope you guys liked it :)
